CEOs

Fewer than 10% of CEOs in FTSE 100 companies are women.

Although the target of 25% women on boards by 2015 was hit, there is still a long way to go.

Companies shouldn't be wheeling out the 'token' female in the room at big meetings just to show their 'equalities policies' are in place. Women should be there because they have earned the place and been given equal opportunites to their male colleagues.
