FEMALE LEADERS

This is a quote from Sheryl Sandberg's book 'Lean In'.

We're so used to seeing men in power that we now think it is 'normal'. And, when a women does have a 'male' job we are given a female title.

 

We need to change the view of 'normal' so that "In the future there won't be 'female leaders' there will just be 'leaders'. "
