The full time gender pay gap between men and women is 10%.

Men are therefore being paid more money for doing exactly the same job.

According to a recent Financial Times article, this is apparently going as far back as to what pocket money we pay our children- w're paying our sons more than our daughters.

They say "if you don't ask, you don't get"- so let's start asking!
